    Polypyrrole modified with sulfonated beta-cyclodextrin: Controlled release of DA and host-guest complexation properties

    This thesis originates with the synthesis and characterisation of conducting polypyrrole [PPy] films, deposited in the presence of various electroytes, predominantly, a large anionic cyclodextrin [SB-CD]. The presence of the SB-CD dopant was confirmed using SEM/EDAX. It was shown that the SB-CD-doped PPy films have cation exchange properties and the oxidation and reduction of the polymer is accompanied by solvent, H20, exchange. Once characterised, these materials were used for the incorporation and release of an important pharmaceutical compound, dopamine [DA]. It was found that the sulfonated beta-cyclodextrin [SB-CD] dopant enhanced the delivery of the DA by - 90%, in comparison to a PPy film doped with sulfate. It was demonstrated that the thickness of the SB-CD-doped PPy, as well as the application of appropriate incorporation and release potentials were the most important factors controlling the release profiles. The electrical stimulation applied during release of the drug was a significant factor and in comparison to diffusion, the rate of release of DA was increaded by - 80% on the application of an oxidation stilumus.     This study aimed to examine the effect of performance-based budgeting, the financial accounting system and financial management information systems on performance appraisal work unit area in Surakarta. The data in this study were collected by using a survey method with the help of a questionnaire research instruments totaling 70 pieces were distributed directly to 25 working units that exist in the upstream Surakarta addressed directly to the chief financial officer, treasurer, and staff compiler financial statements work on the local work force. The data in this study will be analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 17.0. To test the validity and reliability of research instrument used Pearson correlation and Cronvach Alpha. Besides, it is also done testing data normalization using a normal probability plot. The results of this study indicate that the performance-based budgeting, the financial accounting system, financial management information systems and a significant positive effect on performance appraisal work unit area.The amount Adjusted R2 Performance-based budgeting, the financial accounting system, financial management information systems area, performance assessment work unit area is 50.2%.     Hendy Pradika, Moediyono, in paper thermal overload relay as a overload safety in miniature of substation based on programmable logic controller (PLC) CP1E-E40DR-A explain that at the substation there is a protective device that is very vital function, which we often refer breaker Power (PMT) or also called Circuit Breaker (CB). The function of the PMT itself is to connect or disconnect current / power corresponding branches if there is interference in substations or other transmission device or in the event of overload. At the substation's miniature PMT function is replaced by a contactor that functions more or less the same. Contactor performance is governed by OMRON CP1E PLC-E40DR-A which had previously received input from the Thermal Overload Relay in the event of overload. Thermal Overload Relay works on the principle of expansion and bimetal objects. When exposed to high current object, then the object will expand so it will bend and break the current. Excessive current will generate heat, so it can bend bimetal.Hal object will cause the contactor is connected to the Thermal Overload Relay will decide the electric current through the contactor. With this tool, we can realize the expected electric power system more secure in terms of security and reliability so as not to harm humans and the environment
